Today Kitty Cat bled when I gave him sub-q fluids. He bled in several places because the needle kept slipping out and I had to reinsert in about 4 places. I felt bad. First time I've ever made him bleed.

He's been a little whiney lately, he's still hiding, and he sprayed in the kitchen. He's still very picky about the food he eats and will not eat anything with Welactin in it or Epakitin. It has to be straight Fancy Feast or he will turn his nose up at it. I know this isn't the best for him but he's not as thin as he was a month ago (he will be weighed next week).

Next week we visit the specialist. I am eager to find out what that vet has to say about my fat bastard. :) Til then, everything is the same with the exception of my bad nursing skills tonight.
